Please communicate with us through the Contact form before returning any products and refer to your order number so we can better assist you. Any claim for return must be made within 5 days after the item has been received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products as well as size exchanges are offered at your expense. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except for misprinted/damaged/defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We are unable to accept returns for the following reasons, but not limited to:​

  • Used merchandise
  • Damaged packaging
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Health and personal care items
  • Gift card
  • Articles of clothing, lingerie, latex accessories or costumes
  • Testers, or display models
  • Any product that is missing components, accessories, or any other piece included in original condition
  • Products which are not in the manufacturer’s original packaging
  • Items with an expiration date such as personal lubricants and other topicals, contraceptives, and edible items

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report describing your problem in detail along with relevant photos where possible through the Contact form. Be aware that we may require a photo to be submitted to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial request to avoid delays.

A return slip will be provided to you if your return is eligible, along with the return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Wrong Address. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the original facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed. Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the original facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund after some time, contact your credit card company or payment processor, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us through the Contact form.

Language. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
